Our Expertise
Though Future in USA was founded in 2023, our leadership has extensive experience in U.S. immigration. Paul Ruby, an immigration attorney practicing since 2007, has successfully managed thousands of cases, including labor certification applications with the U.S. Department of Labor, I-140 petitions with USCIS, and various visa and adjustment of status applications.
While the EB-3 visa is our primary focus for recruitment and job placement, we also assist employers with H-2A, H-2B, and J-1 nonimmigrant visa programs, depending on their needs.
Our Mission
The U.S. workforce has evolved significantly over the past few decades, with a shift toward a service-based economy and a more highly educated labor pool.
