Future in USA Consultants is the recruiting and placement side of our business and it helps employers across the country staff tough-to-fill jobs. Once an employer decides to begin the process of hiring overseas candidates, Future in USA Group takes over and navigates the legal process for them.
We work closely with U.S. employers to assess their staffing needs, determine eligibility to hire through immigration programs, and ultimately match them with qualified international candidates. Employers define the hiring criteria — such as willingness to work specific shifts, physical capabilities, and basic language skills — and we refer candidates who meet these expectations.
Our extensive global network of candidates has been developed over several years across a wide range of countries, including the Philippines, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Thailand, and regions in the Middle East and Europe. Employers have the opportunity to interview candidates via Zoom, google meet, or phone and select only those they wish to hire. Every candidate who arrives to work holds legal work authorization from Day One and has successfully completed a Department of State background check.
Furthermore, all candidates are prepared and motivated to establish a stable, long-term relationship with their employer, helping reduce turnover and support business growth.
